I found this stereograph in V&A Museum of Childhood. A classic Victorian-era toy, it is excellent in so many ways, from its cool title - "Solids in Space", via its ingenious operation principle - "a piece of bent wire, when spun quickly, is made to look like a solid object." , to its modular/customizable design - "Different shaped wires produce different results.". In short, it HAD to be re-made!
I decided to use EL Wire, it is a novel material ... It seems to be perfect for this updated-stereograph experiment: it has an easily bendable wire at its core, plus it glows!
